Look at the amount of shit this physco has put people through. He's killed so many innocent people since the start of the season and he gets to live freely with no punishment whatsoever. You know the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting to change. They keep telling him "you're bad, you're a murderer, stop killing" yet they don't put an end to him. It's almost like they spare him only because he isn't "normal". Well, normal doesn't exist in an apocalypse, you're either good or bad and must suffer consequences. If these rules apply to everybody else then why not him also? It doesn't make sense how if another one of the characters were to kill just ONE innocent person, they'd make sure that person is punished (by death) at some point.
