Big fan of the channel and the show... but i can't lie to myself anymore , this episode was another piece of trash like most episodes these days.... when has anyone in any tv show or movie have a 1hr and 30min death scene... unreal. via IFTTT The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 9 Honor - Video Review! Alright what's going on guys it's Trev back again here to bring you another video. In this one I will be doing my review for the mid-season premiere for The Walking Dead Season 8. This is for the walking dead season 8 episode 9 Honor. This marks Carl's last episode in the walking dead tv series and oh man was it ever a good one. This for me was the saddest episode they have ever done for the walking dead. The final scenes here where Rick and Michonne say goodbye to Carl are literally the saddest scenes I have ever seen. After spending 8 years with these characters seeing Carl say goodbye was just so emotional. Also when he called Michonne his best friend, man so sad. In addition to all of the emotional saddness that came from Carl saying goodbye we also got to see Carol and Morgan save Ezekiel! Henry gets Gavin, and we get some new dream sequences as well as the questions about the red eyed Rick sequences, answered. I absolutely loved this episode and I am going to give it a perfect 10 out of 10. This was a perfect episode for me. I am glad they extended it and it really made me feel okay again about the decision to end Chandler Riggs time in the walking dead tv series, as Carl Grimes. In this one I will be giving my thoughts on the walking dead issue 179 cover which has just been revealed this week from Skybound and thewalkingdead.com. The Walking Dead New World Order arc is nearly halfway over! The penultimate Issue 179 cover shows Eugene wearing Michonne’s katana on his back. As shocking as it would be to see him rock the katana, the comics have a penchant for covers that aren’t supposed to be taken literally (like in Issue 149 where Negan stood behind Rick despite still being in jail). However, maybe it WILL happen in the comics. Time will tell, but in the meantime let us know what YOU think will happen AND check out the Bill Sienkiewicz variant of Carl below! via IFTTT Fear The Walking Dead Season 4 to Play With the Timeline! http://ift.tt/2FlAAr0 Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, new showrunners Ian Goldberg and Andrew Chambliss (taking over from Dave Erickson) appeared to reveal that the new season will take place across more than one time period. Which means we could be seeing some scenes happening directly after the season 3 cliffhanger (in Mexico) and other scenes much further along in the timeline (in Texas). "The only character whose fate we know is Madison's," Goldberg said. "So, everything else is left unanswered. "Let's just say, without giving too much away, we're going to be playing with expectations, we're going to be telling stories that experiment with time." Chambliss added: "We're playing around with narrative structure and, hopefully, have done it in such a way that when the audience thinks they've figured out where we're going, we have a way to pull the rug out from under them. "We know Madison washed up on the shores of the river after the dam broke, but everyone else, we're not quite sure and we don't want to give away too much of that because discovering what that journey was is a big part of season 4 and how that journey shapes the characters." So how does Morgan (Lennie James) fit into this? Robert Kirkman seemed to suggest not long ago that his appearance on the spin-off (maybe) takes place after season 8 ends – but the potentially different time frames only seem to introduce more questions. "Morgan's journey from The Walking Dead to Fear is not going to be an easy one and, without giving too much away, it's going to be a journey where he's going to come into contact with the characters in Fear, and he is going to change them," Chambliss teased. "Those same characters are, ultimately, going to change Morgan in a way that he's not expecting." QandA: Hey Trev, the filming for Lauren Cohans new show on ABC, doesn't start filming until August. TWD starts filming in May until November. Do you think perhaps this means Maggie will be killed off in the mid season finale in Season 9? also I can't stop thinking about them showing Eugene looking at that bullet in the trailer and it must be used for him to redeem himself somehow - Angus Mcbride Trev I really hope Maggie doesn't leave anytime soon. The figure I am most exited for is a Walking Dead Season 8 All out War Rick Grimes! Man this one looks really cool! The Season 7 Sanctuary prisoner Daryl I personally am probably going to pass on, as well as Ezekiel. There is a new Resin statue of Ezekiel coming as well with Shiva from the walking dead comic book series, this one looks wicked cool! All around, not too much shown from Mcfarlane toys for Walking dead this year. It seems they may be sort of slowing down on new production with the decline of the popularity of the series. There is also a Mike, Season 2 Punk Eleven figure, Will Byers, as well as a Will with his Upside down look. And we also have a Dustin shown with Dart in his Season 2 attire. via IFTTT Big Changes Coming to Fear The Walking Dead with Season 4! http://ift.tt/2C4mRSe There are big changes coming to Fear the Walking Dead when the fourth season premieres April 15 on AMC, and one of the biggest is the fact that a character from the original Walking Dead — Morgan (played by Lennie James) — will be moving over to the companion series. That’s a pretty bold move connecting the shows like that, especially considering they were not sharing the same timeline, but it is one which Walking Dead comics creator (and EP of both shows) Robert Kirkman says was always in consideration from when the spin-off first launched back in 2015. “We’ll want to tell these stories in a completely different way with completely different people in a completely different setting that’s going to make for a fundamentally different show,” Robert Kirkman said of the differences between Fear the Walking Dead and its parent series, The Walking Dead, back in March of 2015. However, now that Fear the Walking Dead has established itself as a separate entity, Kirkman is ready to mix things up again. “I don’t want to spoil anything story-wise,” Kirkman tells Entertainment Weekly. “But we are changing things a great deal. It’s going to be a much different show.” “When we started Fear the Walking Dead, the original idea actually included some things that would eventually tie in with the other show,” says Kirkman. “We wanted to give it a few seasons to find its sea legs, so to speak, and make sure that it stood on its own and provided its own experience. The goal was that eventually, once we had established that, we would find some kind of creative way to tie things in.” Once they decided to link the series through an actual character, the next step involved finding the best one to crossover. “When Scott suggested moving Morgan over,” says Kirkman of Scott M. Gimple, who now oversees both programs, “it seemed like a really great idea and a really cool way to bring things in. I know the audience doesn’t really know exactly how that makes sense yet, or what’s actually coming of it. It’s so easy to do the wrong thing in this world. Don’t let the world spoil you.” Carl beats the world by staying good, regardless of dying, he beats the world. Carl tells Rick at the end of the trailer, “Mom told me I was gonna beat this world. You will!” Rick is struggling with his moral code in this world and the good cop he used to be. By saying this in the trailer, Carl is simply telling Rick that he will beat this world too, by not losing his humanity. In this one I will be doing my monthly review for the walking dead comic book series. In this episode we will be reviewing the walking dead 176 which is part 2 of 6 for New World Order. This story arc has been so different from what we usually see for Walking Dead it is almost difficult to describe how it makes me as a reader feel. I did enjoy the issue but man did it go by fast. It felt like I just turned first page and then it was over. Some of the highlights of the issue I would say are; Michonne being re-united with her daughter Elodie, Eugene finally sort of meeting Stephanie, us meeting Maxwell Hawkings, and the first mention of Officer Mercer who sounds like a super tough brute. I am going to give this issue a 7.5 out of 10. It was a bright and shiney issue of the walking dead, the likes of which we rarely see. While it is always great to get more zombie action, knowing that a huge loss is coming makes it hard to look forward to the midseason premiere. However, the show must go on. With so much new, great information coming along the lines of photos, trailers, and interviews to get excitement levels up for the AMC drama, more great info got passed along today. The official website of The Walking Dead released an article today sharing the episode title and synopsis for the midseason premiere, which will be episode 809 airing on February 25, 2018. Here is the title: “Honor” “Rick faces new difficulties after a battle. Meanwhile, the fight continues in other communities as core members face hard decisions.” Considering everything that has happened between The Saviors and the survivors from Alexandria, The Hilltop, and The Kingdom, it is difficult to believe there will be honor during All-Out War, but there is always a chance that circumstances can change the scope of the conflict. Those kinds of circumstances are exactly what is outlined in the synopsis for episode 809 since things will stay the same but will always be changing at the same time. With Alexandria destroyed and The Kingdom under siege, The Hilltop could be the last hope for the survivors to make their final stand. The fate of several characters will be in the balance and are already in major jeopardy when season 8 returns.
