via IFTTT Oblivion Song #1 - New Robert Kirkman Comic Book Series - Video Review Alright what's going on guys it's Trev back again here to bring you another video. In this one I will be doing a video review for the premiere of a brand new comic book series coming from Walking Dead and Invincible Creator Robert Kirkman, called, Oblivion Song. So the first issue of Oblivion Song I felt was a pretty intriguing concept. I do see there being some potential here for this alien apocalypse type of series. Robert Kirkman always does a great job of including some really good drama in his apocalyptic comics. Including a sort of lost situation between the brothers Nathan and Ed Cole. Lorenzo Del Felici's artwork is really perfect for this type of series I think. This series does have some great potential. I will be looking for it going forward, I was always wondering what Robert Kirkman's take on an Alien apocalypse might look like. This one looks like it could be really good. I am going to give the first issue a 8.5 out of 10. The only thing I am a little bit concerned about is the price point for a new series like this. It will probably be fine for the first issue but afterwards they might want to move it down a bit if at all possible. Thanks for watching everyone! - Trev Trevschan2
