Yes, Sasha and Rosita have lost a lot but for me, Maggie I think should be the one to make the kill. She did not kill The Governor nor Dawn. Neither of the two have lasted this long as Negan after killing one of Maggie's loved ones. These are just my personal thoughts what do you think?
